GJK-10 is a new generation road traffic signal controller based on IoT (the Internet of Things) technology. It is mainly used to control and manage city road traffic signals. With multiply controlling modes, it supports visual operation and maintenance. The functions are flexible. It can efficiently realize ideal controlling mode of the user . The complete controller adopts innovative industrial control modular design and independent patent appearance.  It is sturdy and durable, anti-corrosive, waterproof and dustproof. Embedded real-time multitasking operation system researched and developed independently makes the controller safer and more stable. The controller conforms to Standard GB25280-2016 Road Traffic Signal Controller . At the same time, the directives and message formats(communication protocols) are in compliance with the requirements of  Standard GB25280-2016Road Traffic Signal ControllerAnnex A.

Features

Class C Grade A centralized coordinated traffic signal controller,19 inches 4U standard rack-mounted design;

Support at least 250 front-end virtual detectors carrying out logic operation optimal control;·

Support logic operation between a variety of parameters such as physical detector,moment,event(time,flow,occupancy and internet of the third party)and so on;

Possess the function of invoking mixed autonomous solutions( multiple times fixed period, induction, self-adaption and bus traffic priority) based on multi-parameter virtual detection logic operation;

Can simulate and input on-site command element and logical reasoning process to realize optimal control of green signal duration, period and phase difference;

Possess abundant phase control properties; Can finish phase stretching, delaying, inserting and elastic  control,enhancing green signal efficiency;

Support real-time vehicles presence and density detection for   

inductive control and adaptive optimal control;

 Support efficiently interconnecting the front-end devices of the intersections through HiPLC (High-speed Power Line Communications) technology, connecting the devices like signal lights, countdown timers, pedestrian crossing buttons, LED waiting screens and so on to complete data communication;

Can proactively report the information of operating condition  and breakdown of the front-end devices based on HiPLC technology, without laying special communication cable. This will reduce maintenance cost and realize intelligent operation and maintenance.

Support custom-made imaging guard duty manual control panels,  wireless manual control panels and pedestrian crossing buttons;

Three control models, “Holidays and Festivals”, “Week” and “General”;

Can set 48 periods and support 255 control schemes such as multi-period fixed cycle control, inductive control, tidal flow lane control, pedestrian crossing request control, single-point self-adaptive control, trunk line self-adaptive coordinated control, exit congestion control, event detection control, multi-lane merging self-adaptive control, yellow flashing control,full red control, lights out control and so on;

Support countdown control under inductive and adaptive control;

Support non-communication mode and  RS485 communication mode controlling the countdown timer;

Support closing the countdown timer one cycle ahead and immediately to avoid the countdown timer in disorder displaying, while there isnt any blinking phenomenon between the traffic lights;       

Support a variety of scenarios such as bus traffic priority,exit congestion control, event detection control, and multi-lane merging self-adaptive control and so on;

Support all kinds of failure detection and protection functions such as green conflicts, all red lights going out,green and red light turning  bright at the same time, over-current, detectors and communication;

Support null line current detection to realize cable leakage monitoring;

Support automatically switching between main power and standby power;

Possessing industrial visual touching terminal interface; Linked to the terminal, the controller parameters can be directly displayed,checked and viewed, and even modified.

There is yellow flash control device in the controller, which is independent of lamp driving output circuit;

The controller can keep operating in degraded situation when breakdowns happen, such as yellow and green lights breakdown, communication failure, detector malfunction and so on;
